Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how fkey handles refund requests for future paid digital products, subscriptions, or access plans.

1. Current product status
fkey is currently developing digital product concepts and does not sell physical goods through this website. Public product access and pricing will be announced when products are ready for release.
2. Digital product refunds
If fkey later offers paid digital products, subscriptions, or access plans, users may request a refund by contacting viktor7778123@gmail.com. We will review refund requests promptly and aim to resolve them in a fair and reasonable way, especially when a charge was accidental, access did not work as expected, or the user is not satisfied with the paid access.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us with the account email used for purchase, the transaction date, the product or plan name, and a short description of the issue. If a customer portal is available for the product, refund and subscription management instructions may also be provided there.
4. Processing refunds
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method through the payment provider used for the transaction. Actual posting times may depend on the payment provider, bank, card network, or account issuer.
5. Subscription cancellation
If subscriptions are introduced, users will be able to cancel future renewals through the applicable account, customer portal, or support channel. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous charges unless a refund is approved.
6. Physical goods
fkey does not sell physical goods through this website. Therefore, physical returns, shipping returns, exchanges, and return delivery procedures do not apply.
